WHO ARE WE?
Not Another Brick in the Wall is a student-led initiative towards better education for all. We believe that education as it stands, allows some students to become convinced that learning is not for them. With an educational culture rooted in rote learning, summative assessments, and school accountability, it is no surprise that students feel disenfranchised by learning. We believe that every student is born with an innate capacity for creativity and a love for learning, education should nurture these qualities, not stamp them out. We aim to educate students about the current issues within their schools and empower them to stand up for the education they deserve.

Awareness and education is the first step. This page can be used as an individual learning device as well as used by schools that strive to educate for the future, not the past.

The organisation’s mission is to work towards education that benefits and appreciates all learners. We strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. On this page, you will find just some of the many possible solutions to the problem. No matter who you are, we can all work together to achieve positive change.
